YEMEN | Water, a good to be shared.

Making water available even in difficult environmental contexts: an ambitious project that has seen us engaged for over 30 years in a splendid land like Yemen. Water, still collected in great containers scattered throughout cities like the capital Sana’a, arrives directly in homes and in flats on the upper floors of buildings. All you have to do is open a tap. But also those who live in villages far from the cities, in the mountains of Yemen, now have water available. And yet rivers don’t flow through this land: here water must be brought to the surface from underground. This is the way we chose to offer support to the Yemeni population.
